Parishioners participated in Lent Act of Kindness by donating either food or personal care items to PIN.  We collected  850 lbs. of food or personal care items!  Between Advent and Lent drive we collected and donated approximately 1300lbs. to PIN. More  pictures on Facebook

 In November members participated in Operation Christmas Child, a project conducted by Samaritan’s Purse.  Boxes are packed with useful gifts and toys and shipped to children around the world. (see picture below)

Andrews House andrews-house-logo– This ministry is shared with other congregations and 0rganizations. Six members of the St. Peter’s parish serve on the Board of Directors of Andrews House.  Parishioners  of St. Peter’s help with cooking and serving meals.  Parishioners also help and donate to the summer lunch program.


Each Sunday food is collected from parishioners and donated to People in Need (PIN). 


Laundry Love – ministry of First Presbyterian Church – St. Peter’s supports this ministry by  collecting liquid laundry detergent and dryer sheets to provide assistance to those who use laundromats.

 Partners in Prayer – is a group of people who pray regularly, typically on a daily basis and on their own, for anyone who ask for prayers.  Contact Joe Kersey if you would like to join the group or have prayers to add.
